Pastor Mark Fuller
Pastor Mark was born into a Nazarene parsonage, the son of Dr. and Mrs. Gene Fuller on December 18, 1955. God had an amazing plan for his life but it was tough for Mark to recognize that plan. Mark met his wife, Sue, while studying at Mid America Nazarene University. They were married on June 15, 1976 and began their life together. It wasn't until Mark was in seminary at the Nazarene Theological Seminary that they fully recognized God's plan for their lives. God spoke to Mark through a homiletics (preaching) class and challenged Mark to submit his life to His service and become a pastor. After that Mark and Sue committed to a career in ministry. Mark received a Masters in Divinity from NTS before beginning his journey as a pastor.
In 1977 Mark joined the Olathe College Church staff as the Youth & College Associate. For five years God prepared them for their next ministry role, the role of Senior Pastor. In 1982 Mark accepted the call as Senior Pastor of the Arlington East Park Church in Texas and obediently moved his family. Shortly thereafter Mark and his family were moved again to a church in Arizona, CrossRoads Nazarene. Mark and Sue along with their three daughters Lindsey, Kelly, and Courtney would serve there for 18 years. The CrossRoads church saw tremendous growth under Mark's leadership, but God was still working on fulfilling His plan in Marks life.
Pastor Mark was given the opportunity to serve as the senior pastor of Grove City Nazarene in August, of 2005. It was a tough decision for the entire family. But after much prayer and consideration, they all agreed it was God's will for Pastor Mark and his family to join our family at Grove City Nazarene. It has been an incredible adventure thus far! Mark enjoys golfing and brushing up on his trumpet skills. He also enjoys reading, and anything to do with leadership. Mark and Sue’s daughter, Lindsey, and her husband, Chad, reside in Arizona. Kelly and Courtney are both elementary school teachers in Grove City.
