Momentum fitness and conditioning is a support network comprised of outdoor enthusiasts who seek to fellowship with others wanting to lead active lifestyles by offering opportunities for group walks, runs, and cycling. No matter your level of activity or desired level of involvement, at Momentum we encourage everyone to participate to the extent they feel comfortable.

Everyone is welcome! If you enjoy walking, running, or biking and enjoy doing those things with others then this is the group for you. All fitness levels are desired. Exercise and training plans are available to assist you with your fitness level and goals, as well as weekly group activities designed to provide accountability, support, and outreach.
